Leads
Overview
Marketing is an important part for any business and creating and managing a leads pipeline is an important part of marketing.
The goal of Leads is to provide a place to document and build a pipeline of potential retailers, podcast guests/hosts and collaborators. To then document outreach and set reminders, then when confirmed generate retail business or podcast/collaboration records in AMS.
Create
Navigate to Leads homepage and then click "Create Lead" button in the top right.
Bulk Upload
Bulk upload allows for csv file import and can be accessed with the "Bulk Upload" button on the Leads home page. Be sure to read ALL instructions in the pop up window to prevent errors.
Details
To access lead details navigate to the Leads homepage and then hover over a record in the marketing leads table and select details.
Outreach
Outreach makes it easy to document communication with leads and set reminders. Details on how to use it can be found here.
Lead Conversion
When a lead is ready to change into an official retail store, collaborator or podcaster navigate to a lead record, hover over it and select "Lead Conversion".
At the top of the page if it’s a retail lead select either "Consignment" or "Wholesale" leaving as is if neither. Then also select any remaining categories that apply. Afterward scroll down and fill in any missing information for the type of lead being converted and click "Convert Lead". Records will then be created in their related sections of AMS.
