Outreach

Overview

The goal of outreach is to have an organized way to document communication with retail / business partners as well as set reminders on when to reach out again. Recording notes on what was discussed and any take aways makes it easy to quickly recap by reading history before reaching out again.

Finding Outreach

Outreach exists for Retail Businesses, Leads, Collabs and Podcasts and can be found when hovering over a table record on their corresponding homepages or in the top right of an items "Detail" Page.

Creating outreach requires navigating to "Outreach" while just viewing history can be found on at the bottom of corresponding "Details" pages.

Reminders

When a date is put into the "Reminder Date" field, then on the Monday of the week containing the input date, an email reminder will be sent out. Emails are sent to all emails in the "Email Notifications" setting in Business Properties.

Edit / Delete

Outreach history can be edited or deleted by first navigating to an items detail page then hovering over a history recording and selecting the desired option.

Note: This can only be used on corresponding "Details" page.
