Active / Inactive

Overview

A lot of records in AMS cannot be deleted because they could be related to historical data. As such instead of deleting many records have an Active/Inactive status. Allowing for inactive records to be hidden without deleting them.

Applies to:

The Active and Inactive status applies to Components, Products, Retail Businesses, Leads.

Note: Podcasts and Collabs will eventually be updated to include active/inactive status.

Filter by Active / Inactive

Tables default to showing only active records. To view inactive records click the "View Inactive" button at the top right of the corresponding home page. To switch back  simply click "View Active" button in the same spot at the top right.

Update Active / Inactive

To change a records status navigate to its edit page then scroll to the bottom and update the "Status" field.

Note: Leads active status is currently include with lead temperature (Cold/Warm) in the same status field. This will eventually be updated to separate "Lead Temperature" and active "Status".
