Create and Manage Retail Businesses
Overview
The goal of "Retail Businesses" in AMS is to help manage the various aspects of maintaining a business relationship with retail stores. This includes various business details, contact information, outreach tracking, contact reminders, sales and consignment stock tracking.
Create Retail Business
To create a retail business go the navigation menu and under "Retail" select "Businesses". Then in the top right select "Create Business".

Business Details/Updates
To view details or make updates, on the Retail Business home page scroll down and find the desired Retail Business using the search bar as needed. Then hover cursor over the desired business and click on the three dots (...) that appear on the right hand side and click "Details" which will open in another tab.

Delete Business (Set Inactive)
To maintain accuracte sales data retail businesses cannot be entirely deleted. However, if you are no longer working with a business it can be set to inactive. Meaning you will not see it on the Retail Business homepage or receive contact reminders.

View Inactive Businesses
To view inactive Retail Businesses navigate to the Retail Business home page then click "View Inactive" in the top right. To switch back to active business simply click on "View Active" in the same location.
Create Outreach
Navigate to outreach either through table options (3 dots) on Retail Business homepage or through "Outreach" button in the top right of Business Details page. Then fill out the form and submit.

View Outreach
To view outreach history either navigate to Business Details Page and scroll to the bottom. Or navigate to the Outreach Page and scroll down.
Outreach Reminders
When submitting outreach there is a field for "Reminder Date". When this field is filled in, on monday of the week containing the selected date, an email reminder will be sent out (recepients of AMS reminders are set in "My Business" -> "Business Properties" -> "Email Notifications")..
Edit / Delete Outreach
Navigate to the Outreach Page and scroll down to outreach history. Then hover cutsor over outreach record and select the three dots (...) on the right hand side and select either edit or delete.

Contact Reminders
In Retail Business Details is the field "Contact Reminder Frequency (Days)" and the field "Last Contact Date". Every monday, if it is been the amount of days set in contact reminder frequency since last contact date, then a email reminder will be sent out (recepients of AMS reminders are set in "My Business" -> "Business Properties" -> "Email Notifications"). While "Last Contact Date" can be updated manually it is mainly updated anytime outreach is submitted for that Retail Business.
Add Sales
Navigate to the Add Sales page in the same way as the Outreach Page. Either by hovering over a business record, on the Retail Business home page, and selected the 3 dots (...) on the right hand side and selecting "Add Sales". Or by navigating to Retail Business Details and selecting the "Add Sales" button in the top right.
Once there add line items to the sales transaction either by product name or by SKU. Then when all line items are added scroll down and select "Review Statement". Review the Transaction Statement, adding any final fees and reviewing totals, then when satisfied everything is correct click submit.

Consignment Stock
Navigate to the Consignment Stock page in the same way as the Outreach Page. Either by hovering over a consignment business record, on the Retail Business home page, and selected the 3 dots (...) on the right hand side and selecting "Consign Stock". Or by navigating to Retail Business Details and selecting the "Consign Stock" button in the top right.
Once on the consignment stock page the first section shows current inventory for the selected business. The second section "Inventory Adjustments" is for manually adding or subtracting stock from a store, this does not include sales as any Sales Added will automatically subtract from existing consignment store stock.

Transaction History
Navigate to the Transaction History page in the same way as the Outreach Page. Either by hovering over a retail business record, on the Retail Business home page, and selected the 3 dots (...) on the right hand side and selecting "Transactions". Or by navigating to Retail Business Details and selecting the "Transactions" button in the top right.
Once on the Transactions page you will see a table of all transactions (Consignment Inventory [Adjustments], Consignment Sales, and Consignment Orders) associated with that retail business. Then to see further details hover over a transaction and click on details.
